Seller Identification
- Government-issued identification (national ID or passport)
Tax Registration Number (TRN)
- TRN card or document
Proof of Address
- A recent utility bill showing your name and residential address.
- If you don't have a utility bill in your name, a letter from a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public confirming your residential address may be used.
Proof of Ownership
- Certificate of Title or other applicable ownership document
Property Tax
- Current or recent property tax receipt, where applicable
Survey / Diagram
- Where available or required
Listing / Agency Agreement
- May be completed during the listing process if not already available
Property Media
- Clear photographs
- Videos where available
- Floor plans where available
Additional documents may be requested depending on whether the property is strata, land, a development, jointly owned, held through a company, estate, power of attorney, or another ownership structure.
